We ship within the contiguous U.S. oversized pieces are limited to the 48 states. P.O. boxes are not supported.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery
Most items arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping. furniture and larger pieces may take 3–6 weeks.
Carriers
Orders ship via ups unless otherwise noted. oversized or freight deliveries may require additional charges after checkout.
Tracking
A tracking email is sent once your order ships. please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective in material, workmanship, or damaged in transit. To request an exchange, email info@lovehohm.com
with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, a return merchandise authorization (RMA) will be issued so you can return the item for the same replacement.
