We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

At this time, Love Hohm ships exclusively within the United States. We plan to expand internationally in the future as our community grows.

Standard delivery from our international partners takes 2–4 weeks. Made-to-order pieces can take up to 6 weeks. In-stock items from our US warehouse usually arrive in 5–7 business days. Customs may occasionally cause delays, but we’ll keep you updated.

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your home.

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your location. These are the responsibility of the customer. We provide all necessary documentation to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. To start a return, contact us through our Contact Us page.

In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item arrived damaged or defective, Love Hohm will cover return costs.

Yes. If you’d prefer a different item, we’ll issue store credit or process an exchange once the original product is returned and approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
